The Police licensing officer has checked, in my presence, the Borough of Enfield's licensing system where
applications get lodged and has confinned that Simon CORDELL has never applied for anything regarding
entertainment.

I have spoken to Enfield Council with regards to Simon CORDELL supplying generators to them for certain
events and cannot find anything to confinn that he has. Should he have supplied such generators then these

would have been for legitimate events, certainly not Rave's in disused warehouses. I have managed to ascertain
that the Town Show and fireworks is not organised by the Council and is organised by Enfield District Scouts.
They have confirmed that Simon CORDELL did supply them with a Human Gyroscope for the Town Show' in
2013. It was apparently them that approached Mr CORDELL after seeing tl1e Gyroscope parked up. Apparently
Simon CORDELL did not supply any equipment for tl1e fireworks.

A Companies House check has been conducted under tl1e name of 'Too Smooth" and Mr CORDELL'S postcode
and there is notlting registered that can be found. Further checks can easily be made should Mr CORDELL be
able to provide a Company Number.

On Wednesday l0tl1 December 2014, officers attended Kempe Community Hall to try and obtain more

information with regards to Simon CORDELLS role. The hall is managed by the Kempe Hall Community
association and is currently run by Diane JOHN, unfortunately she was unavailable due to being sick. Officers
managed to speak witl1 her assistant. Hayley, who stated that she was not sure of what Simon CORDELLS role
was. She did however state that CORDELL was a member of tl1e committee at the hall and that he had turned up
Monday of that week to attend the comntittee meeting. Prior to tl1at Monday she staled that she had not seen, him
for around 2 montl1s. CORDELL had told tl1em tl1at he had been ill

1 On Sunday 23/11/2014 pc lice stopped the following two males who were seen walking around an industrial
estate on STOCKINGS WATER LANE, ENFIELD AT 0110 hours.
Both males were evasive to questioning and appeared to be w1der tl1e influence of drugs
